In case you cannot go on a booked journey, the journey shall be cancelled as soon as possible. The journey is to be cancelled in the electronic booking system.

The use of the electronic booking system streamlines the practice of different commuter ferry routes. The quality of the booking information improves, and the customer can make their booking request at a time which is most suitable for him or her. Electronic bookings decrease the number of calls, increasing marine safety.
